Margarete Klöber founded a factory for healthy seating in Überlingen in 1935,
championing the “freedom to sit in healthy comfort”. The first ergonomic chair
concept was christened “Polstergleich”.The company’s specialisation in office
swivel chairs as its core area of competence has evolved over more than 75 years,
and is now flanked by furniture programmes for conference rooms, reception areas,
seminar and dining facilities.
